Our initial product lets teams stay in sync and feel connected, even in today’s increasingly distributed workplaces. At its core, is a virtual stand-up that integrates with all your work tools to provide transparency and knowledge discovery. As part of a daily check-in, team members answer team-building questions and share their mood, a simple process that builds trust and psychological safety.

About the role

Range is already working with teams at major companies including Twitter, Mozilla, WeWork, and more. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help take us to the next level.

This role will have a lot of ambiguity as we identify opportunities and develop new processes. This will lead to a lot of opportunities for personal growth and to establish yourself as a core member of the early team here at Range.
