Nope. All the core features are included in all our plans. You'll be able to share Check-ins, set Objectives, run Meetings, and build a Team Directory. Some additional features (mentioned above) are available only for Premium and Enterprise customers.
No. Most customers pay as they go with month-to-month per-user pricing.
For larger customers who have enterprise requirements, we can issue a Statement of Work, a Purchase Order, and Service Agreement with an annual commitment.
You can add a credit card to your account at any time from your workspace settings, and we'll bill you automatically. If you don't have a credit card on file, we'll issue an invoice. Payment is due within 15 days. Contact us if you'd like invoices to be sent to your finance team.
Range often starts out being used by a single team. However, by default anyone at your company will be able to log in. If you would like a workspace just your team or your department, please contact support and we can restrict signups.
Per-user pricing plans are billed in arrears. So at the end of the subscription period you will be charged for the number of active user accounts in the prior month.
For customers on our per-user pricing plans, you will only be charged for people actively using Range. We determine active users by looking to see who has logged into Range during the subscription period. You can see billing status for user accounts in your workspace settings.
You can cancel your plan at any time. We'll help you with exporting your data. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
If you are signed up with per-user pricing, please let us know within 72 hours of the start of a new subscription period and we’ll be happy to refund you. If you signed up for an annual plan and changed your mind, please let us know within 30 days.
