No, you can sign up and trial Range without entering credit card details.
Range is free for up to 10 users. If you would like to evaluate Range with a larger team, please contact us and we'd be happy to add a 30-day trial period. Either way, we are here to support you during this period. Please reach out with any questions.
We will email you as your trial is coming to an end. If you decide to continue using Range we will charge your account at the end of the first month of usage.
The trial includes full access to all features of Range.
There’s no contract — just pay as you go, month-to-month, flexible pricing.
For larger customers who have enterprise requirements, we can issue a Statement of Work, a Purchase Order, and Service Agreement with an annual commitment.
You can add a credit card to your account at any time from your workspace settings. If you do not have a credit card on file, we will issue an invoice. Payment is due within 15 days. Contact us if you would like invoices to be sent to your finance team.
Range often starts out being used by a single team. However, by default anyone at your company will be able to log in. If you would like a workspace just your team or your department, please contact support and we can restrict signups.
Flexible pricing plans are billed in arrears. So at the end of the subscription period you will be charged for the number of accounts active in the prior month.
For customers on our flexible pricing plans, you will only be charged for people actively using the software. We determine active users by looking to see if they logged into Range during the subscription period. You can see billing status for users in the settings.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
If you signed up for an annual plan and changed your mind, please let us know within 30 days and we’ll be happy to refund you. If you are signed up for flexible pricing, please let us know within 72 hours of the start of a new subscription period.
