Pricing FAQs
Is Range really Free forever?
Yep. For 12 people, you can use Range completely free (up to 2 teams). If you want to add more people or add more teams, you can switch over to the Pro plan.
Do you need my credit card info for sign up?
No, you can sign up and use Range without entering credit card details.
Can I evaluate Range with a large team for free?
Yes. All workspaces get a 14-day free trial of Range Pro, which has unlimited users and teams. If you need more time to evaluate, please contact us. We are here to support you getting started, so please reach out with any questions.
Are there any hidden pricing upgrades?
Nope. All the core features are included in all our plans. You’ll be able to share Check-ins, set Goals, run Meetings, and build a Team Directory. Some additional features (mentioned above) are available only for Premium and Enterprise customers.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You pay as you go with month-to-month per-user pricing.
How do I pay?
You can add a credit card to your account at any time from your billing settings, and we’ll bill you automatically.
Can I sign up just for my team, or does it need to be for my whole company?
Range often starts out being used by a single team. However, by default anyone at your company will be able to log in. If you want to restrict access, you can configure access settings in the app.
What if I want to cancel my account?
You can cancel your plan at any time. We’ll help you with exporting your data. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Can I get a refund?
If you are signed up with per-user pricing, please let us know within 72 hours of the start of a new subscription period and we’ll be happy to refund you.

Can I use Range at my school?
Yes, Range can be used at schools and other educational institutions. Please note, however, that individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Range.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?
Yes, we have both education plans and non-profit discounts. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
I’m using Range on a plan thats not listed here. Why’s that?
We occasionally change and experiment with our pricing plans. If you would like to change your plan to one of the plans listed above, please let us know. We’ll do our best to credit your account appropriately.
