Pricing FAQs

Is Range really Free for 20 users?

Yep. For 20 people, you can use Range completely free (up to 3 teams). If you want to add more people or add more teams, you can switch over to the Standard plan.

Do you need my credit card info for sign up?

No, you can sign up and use Range without entering credit card details.

Can I evaluate Range with a large team for free?

Yes. Please contact us and we'd be happy to add a 30-day free trial period to your account. We are here to support you getting started with your team, so please reach out with any questions.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. If you'd like to pay for a year (or more) of Range, we can offer you a discount. Please contact us for details.

Are there any hidden pricing upgrades?

Nope. All the core features are included in all our plans. You'll be able to share Check-ins, set Objectives, run Meetings, and build a Team Directory. Some additional features (mentioned above) are available only for Premium and Enterprise customers.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Most customers pay as they go with month-to-month per-user pricing.

For larger customers who have enterprise requirements, we can issue a Statement of Work, a Purchase Order, and Service Agreement with an annual commitment.

How do I pay?

You can add a credit card to your account at any time from your workspace settings, and we'll bill you automatically. If you don't have a credit card on file, we'll issue an invoice. Payment is due within 15 days. Contact us if you'd like invoices to be sent to your finance team.

Can I sign up just for my team, or does it need to be for my whole company?

Range often starts out being used by a single team. However, by default anyone at your company will be able to log in. If you would like a workspace just your team or your department, please contact support and we can restrict signups.

We’ve added new teammates to our team’s Range account. How will that be billed?

Per-user pricing plans are billed in arrears. So at the end of the subscription period you will be charged for the number of active user accounts in the prior month.

What is an active user?

For customers on our per-user pricing plans, you will only be charged for people actively using Range. We determine active users by looking to see who has logged into Range during the subscription period. You can see billing status for user accounts in your workspace settings.

What if I want to cancel my account?

You can cancel your plan at any time. We'll help you with exporting your data. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

Can I get a refund?

If you are signed up with per-user pricing, please let us know within 72 hours of the start of a new subscription period and we’ll be happy to refund you. If you signed up for an annual plan and changed your mind, please let us know within 30 days.

Can I use Range at my school?

Yes, Range can be used at schools and other educational institutions. Please note, however, that individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Range. If you’d like to create a workspace to try Range, please complete this form.

Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?

Yes, we have both education plans and non-profit discounts. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

We occasionally change and experiment with our pricing plans. If you would like to change your plan to one of the plans listed above, please let us know. We'll do our best to credit your account appropriately.
